Most of our items are handmade with care, which means small variations may occur. Please place orders mindfully.

Orders typically ship within the stated processing time listed on our homepage. Domestic orders usually arrive within 3–5 business days, and international orders in 1–4 weeks. We are not responsible for delays, loss, or theft after a package has been scanned by USPS.

For many international destinations, duties and taxes are collected at checkout using a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) service — meaning all fees are prepaid when eligible.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. We are not responsible for delays or returns due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. All sales are final.
