What kinds of products do you offer?
At The Goodness Plans, we create thoughtfully designed savings trackers and envelopes to help you stay focused and inspired on your financial journey. Our products combine gentle motivation with clean design — because planning should feel good.
How can I make sure I’ll be happy with my order?
We recommend taking a moment to review your cart before checking out. All of our products are made by hand, so slight variations may occur — it’s part of the charm! If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to email us. We’re here to help.
When will my order ship?
We typically ship within the time frame noted on our homepage. U.S. orders usually arrive within 3–5 business days after shipping. International orders may take 1–4 weeks. Once your package is with USPS, delivery time may vary and we’re not responsible for any delays or losses.
Will I need to pay customs or import taxes?
Some international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees upon arrival — these are determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the buyer. We’re not able to estimate or cover these fees.
However, for many destinations including the EU and UK, we collect applicable duties and taxes at checkout. If your country is eligible, all fees will be prepaid and clearly shown before you complete your order.
If you’re unsure, we recommend checking with your country’s customs authority before placing your order.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because our items are handmade with care, we don’t accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. Please place your order mindfully. If anything’s unclear, we’re happy to assist before checkout.
What if something’s wrong with my order?
If your order arrives with an issue, let us know right away at hello@thegoodnessplans.com. We’ll do our best to make things right.
Can I customize my order?
We’re not currently accepting fully custom design requests (such as custom fonts, layouts, or artwork).
At this time, customization is only available for products that include a customization field — such as envelopes or dividers — where you can enter the names you’d like printed. This can be done through the “Your Customization” box on each product page.
